Jewish man who fled the Nazis funds rescue mission for Mideast Christians

Lord Arthur Weidenfeld, a 95-year-old British publisher, philanthropist and newspaper columnist, has funded a project to rescue Christian refugees fleeing from Syria and Iraq as a way of repaying his debt to those who saved him from the Nazi regime... The nonagenarian has established the Weidenfeld Safe Havens Fund which aims to evacuate Christian refugees and offer 12-18 months of monetary support while the refugees establish themselves in their new homes.
