Two people were killed inside a Walmart store in an apparent murder-suicide in Kaufman, Texas, on Tuesday, local media reported.
The Walmart is located about 30 miles southeast of Dallas and surrounding schools were placed on temporary lockdown when police initially believed there may have been an active shooter, Dallas TV station WFAA reported on its Twitter feed.
