Then, he told them about the Parable of the Fig Tree.
They learned that the generation alive during the End Times would witness the budding of the Fig Tree, and that Fig Tree would bloom, putting forth it’s leaves.
Israel is the “fig tree”.
The Fig Tree began to bud on May 14, 1948. The blooming of the Fig Tree was in full force in 1967 after The Six Day War when Jerusalem was finally added to Israel’s interior. The generation that saw both of these things is still with us. But, they are in their last days.
