Spring Equinox Supermoon solar eclipse: Watch incredible footage of previous blackout from space








This incredible footage of a solar eclipse viewed from space was filmed by a NASA spacecraft as it orbits the Earth.
The moon can be seen passing in front of a flaming sun on May 20 2012 in the taken 240 miles above the earth by the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO).
