Finland fires warning shots at 'foreign submarine' near Helsinki

Incident comes amid growing military tensions with neighboring Russia, months after Sweden mounts unsuccessful hunt for suspected Russian submarine in its waters. The navy said it noticed an underwater target on Monday and again on Tuesday morning and fired some warning charges.
