An earthquake with preliminary magnitude of 5.3 has been recorded near Taron, Papua New Guinea on 18 March 2016 00:31:27. The earthquake epicenter was located at precisely 10km S of Taron, Papua New Guinea and at a depth of approximately 51.53 km.
