Cincinnati warns 16,000 residents their water is likely contaminated with lead... while the EPA remains totally silent

Last week, the Cincinnati City Council's Economic Growth and Infrastructure Committee voted to send letters to roughly 16,000 homeowners who could be in danger of lead poisoning.
