4.8 earthquake rattles Northwest Washington

A 4.8 earthquake has rattled northwestern Washington and Vancouver Island, according to the USGS.
The quake struck at 11:39 p.m. and was centered about 11 miles east of Victoria, B.C. at a depth of about 36 miles.
